Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, name, and password (stored hashed).
• Workspace data — workspace names, members, and roles.
• Billing data — orders, payment references, and a ledger of credit movements.
• Creative data — the prompts and product photos you submit, and the videos generated from them.

How it's used

To operate the service: authenticate you, process payments, generate your videos, and support you when something goes wrong. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

Payments are processed by ToyyibPay. Video generation is performed by fal.ai and the underlying model providers — your prompt, and for product ads your photo, are transmitted to them to render your video. Hosting runs on our own servers.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting purposes. Generated videos can be deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact hello@genvid.qrasf.com.
