Terms of Service

1. The service

GENVID (the "Service") lets you buy credits and use them to generate short AI videos. Videos are generated by third-party AI models; results are probabilistic and vary between runs.

2. Credits and payment

Credits are purchased in packs at the prices shown on the Pricing page and are added to your workspace wallet after payment confirmation. Credits do not expire. When a render fails for technical reasons, the reserved credits are refunded to your wallet automatically. Credits already spent on successfully delivered videos are not refundable. Payments are processed by ToyyibPay; payment disputes follow ToyyibPay's process.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the material you upload (e.g. product photos) and of the videos generated for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any photo or text you upload, and for how you use the output (including compliance with platform rules such as labelling AI-generated content).

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create misleading, illegal, or harmful content, or content that infringes others' rights. We may refuse or remove jobs that violate this clause and refund the corresponding credits.

5. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; upstream AI providers can be slow or unavailable. Technical failures always refund credits automatically.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credits concerned. This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
